Luke Angelos

Photographer.

Filmmaker.

Writer.

I create stories through images, motion and words.

Ā

IMAGES
Through Front Edge Photos, I photograph sports, events, people and everyday environments. Iā€™m especially interested in composition, lighting and the small details that can turn an ordinary moment into a memorable image.
Ā
MOTION
I also create short-form videos, long-form content, and social media projects. I produce video content for authors and businesses, create season recaps for high school sports teams and write/film original movie projects with friends.
Ā
WORDS
Writing gives me the freedom to build something that didnā€™t exist before.Ā I enjoy creating short stories, experimenting with atmosphere and developing fictional worlds around unusual ideas. Much of my writing explores mystery, perception and the line between what is real and what only appears to be real.

Beyond the camera...Ā

When Iā€™m not behind a camera or editing, I compete as a varsity sabre fencer. I loveĀ  to snowboard, rollerblade and spend as much time outdoors as I can.
Ā
Iā€™m working toward visiting all 63 U.S. National Parks and eventually thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail!
Ā
Those experiences influence my creative work. They put me in unfamiliar settings,Ā train me toĀ notice new details and give meĀ  stories worth telling!

Iā€™m still developing my voice and figuring out where this work will take me.

This site is where I share what Iā€™m making along the way.
